Welcome to Expertland. The Service is operated by Expertland LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Expertland", "we", "us"). By accessing or using expertland.app (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

Expertland lets you chat with AI personalities ("experts") about a variety of topics. The experts are AI characters powered by third-party large language models. They are not real people and not licensed professionals.

Not professional advice

Content generated by experts is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not, and must not be relied on as, medical, legal, financial, mental-health, safety, or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified human professional for decisions in those areas. AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date — verify anything important before acting on it.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You can delete your account at any time from your account page; deletion permanently removes your account, chats, favorites, and suggestions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes others' rights.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, safety filters, or security controls.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its outputs in bulk.
• Use the Service to make decisions in regulated areas (medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, credit) without independent qualified review.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Content

You retain ownership of the messages you send. By submitting them you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and display them as needed to operate and improve the Service. AI-generated replies are provided to you for your personal use; we make no ownership or originality guarantees about generated text.

Advertising

The Service may display ads, including via Google AdSense. See our Privacy Policy for details on ad-related cookies and how to opt out of personalized advertising.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Expertland and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed USD 50, except where applicable law (including mandatory consumer protection laws) prohibits such a cap.

Export controls and sanctions

You may not access or use the Service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or a national of a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or if you are on any U.S. government restricted-party list. You agree to comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If you are a consumer based in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms removes or limits any rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
